Hatfield Farms is the ideal place to hold your unforgettable wedding. Your wedding party and guests take a horse-drawn wagon to Fort Clayton, while the bride will arrive in style in a horse-drawn carriage.
Wedding ceremonies can be held outdoor or indoors, and we have numerous beautiful locales to use for your photographs. Hatfield Farms is happy to provide a Justice of the Peace, or you may provide your Officiant.
Our 3000 square-foot lodge will hold 250 people for your reception and dance, with all catering included. Enjoy beef, salmon or vegetarian entrees along with delicious desserts, drinks and appetizers.
Catering also includes all linens, dishes, cutlery and glassware, as well as all service and cleanup. Personalize your event with your own flowers and wedding cake, while our staff takes care of everything else.
A DJ and sound system are provided for your entertainment. Guests may also enjoy roaring fireplaces, outdoor fire pits, munchies, as well as the many games and activities of the Rubber Rodeo and Fort Clayton.
Overnight accommodations for you and your guests are also available. The Hillbilly Honeymoon Suite is available to the bride and groom, while bunkhouses or tenting facilities are available for other guest. Hatfield farms can also arrange transportation and preferred rates at a nearby hotel.

Dear Brian, Cherie and Paul,
We were particularly impressed with Paul Wheadon and the staff for their unbelievable care and service they provided. Paul is a fantastic event co-ordinator and he orchestrated our wedding amazingly. He was so professional, organized and receptive to the few things that we wanted done, that we felt confident leaving all of the details in his very capable hands. This was so stress free for us. All we did was: keep track of the meal choices and we dropped of the favours, wine, Dad's portrait and the cake. Paul and the staff took care of the rest. Paul listened to how we wanted things to be set up with the portrait and sponsors display, then he made it even better than we envisioned. People actually commented to us that we were the least stressed couple they had ever seen before and on the day of the wedding. This was all thanks to Paul and the staff.
Praise must be given to Cookie and the kitchen staff for preparing the hottest and most delicious wedding meals we have ever tasted. The guests are still raving about how good their meal was regardless of the type. It was terrific having so many choices that everyones preference was catered to, so many times we've gone to weddings and not enjoyed the meal. Brian, you were amazing, thank you so much for having the carriage out despite the fact that you were getting soaked. We really appreciated that you were around the whole evening to ensure things were going well. That added an even more personal touch to our day. Since the rain put us inside, we were absolutely amazed how smoothly
the transition was from the ceremony to meal and reception went. I do
not know how the staff managed to quickly move all those benches and
put the tables back for the dinner with almost 200 people in the room.
The amazing thing is that most of the guests didn't even realize that it had happened. Wow!
